About Ronda
Ronda Wilkin is a dementia industry leader and advocate, certified dementia practitioner and educator specializing in geriatric care management and senior housing. With more than 35 years in health and human services, 20 of them in direct senior care, Ronda has cared for more than 500 families in the San Fernando, Conejo and Coachella Valleys of Southern California with care direction and decisions, resources, crises intervention and placement. This is both personal and professional for Ronda having lived her own family’s journeys. (click here to learn more about her “why”) Ronda has received multiple awards for her exceptional work with seniors in our communities, including a proclamation from the Los Angeles City Council, and awards from US Councilman Brad Sherman, San Fernando Valley Business Journal, Alzheimer’s Association, Silverado Senior Living, and more. She is an Alzheimer’s Association Board member and frequent visitor to Sacramento and Washington DC as an advocate on behalf of the needs of people with Alzheimer’s and other dementias and their families. Ronda is also part of the national association for dementia certified practitioners and serves to train other health professionals looking to advance their education, skills and careers in dementia care.
